We step in, once the design is approved by the client to take up the construction to completion. We either take up the construction work on our own or oversee the outsourced work to some of our trusted partners. It suits those clients who have their own project specification to adhere to and have longer project duration. We strive to strike a balance between the delivery and other aspects of the project.
